I wasn’t really impressed with this café. The quality and access to the internet was great, but the customer service was poor and cleanliness/maintenance needed some work, especially in the restroom and working area. The employee who had serviced me seemed to be a bit too casual regarding as she prepared my food. I had order a hazelnut coffee and a breakfast bagel. The coffee was excellent and fresh. The bagel on the other hand was stale and my spinach egg and sausage were pre-made and microwave. She was also not polite at all. She must have been having a bad day as it appeared she didn't want to be serving me a bagel or anything else. Sadly for her, I didn’t tip.
I was told this was a great place, but maybe I just arrived at the wrong time.
UPDATE as of 11-March
We were told recently by the manaqer of this business that we are not allowed to have Brueggers nominated as WiFi Location of the Year, so we are hereby removing them from contention.
